A. Processing Time 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

B. Shipping Times 

  • Australia (domestic): 2–10 business days 

  • International: 7–21 business days 

C. Tracking 

  • Tracking is provided for all orders whenever available. 

D. Shipping Costs 

  • Automatically calculated at checkout. 

E. Delayed / Lost Packages 

  • If tracking shows “Delivered,” we cannot issue refunds.
